  • You can check if the purchase was successful by accessing the Print Tickets section you'll find at the footer of our home. It is possible that you need the card you used to pay.
    If your purchase was successful, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information regarding the purchase you just made. It may be that this email is not received at your Inbox, because some Internet services detect it as spam, so we recommend you check this folder. If you purchased your tickets over the telephone, you will not receive this confirmation.
  • This is the easiest way to have your tickets, so that you get them immediately after the purchase and without leaving home. However, if you haven't printed the tickets during the purchasing process you can do it later any time accessing the Print Tickets section you'll find at the footer of our home, where you will be given the purchase reference number.

    Remember that once in the premises you might be asked to identify yourself (with the ID card or passport). If your details are different from the customer that purchased the tickets you will be denied access.
    Only the ticket submitted first will be considered valid. Entry will not be allowed to any other person trying to access the event with the same ticket.

    Make sure this service is available for the show you would like to attend.

  • Ticketmaster exclusively acts as a distribution channel of the tickets, so the customer always makes a direct purchase to the Promoter of the show. A mistake in the purchase or not attending an event, among others, doesn't justify a refund of the money. The ticket amount will only be refunded in the case of a technical incident or cancellation of the show.

  • You have different options for buying your tickets:
    • Over the Internet
    • By Telephone
    • At centers
    • At sales and collection terminals

    Ticket purchase over the Internet
    Buying your tickets over the Internet will not only save you time queuing up, but also, in some cases, allow you to print your tickets easily from home. Check the different options for ticket collection available.

    Ticket sales by phone
    You can buy your tickets through our phone service. Call to 902 15 00 25 and tell the operator the event you are interested in. Don't forget to give your credit card and a contact phone number.
    At the end of the purchasing process, the operator will give you a reference number that you will have to show, along with your credit card, in order to collect your tickets.

    Ticketmaster centers
    Here you can buy tickets or collect those tickets purchased over the Internet or by phone.
    You will be able to pay in cash and, in some of the centers where specified, by credit or debit card. We currently have more than 1000 shops integrated in our network.

    Sales and collection terminals
    You may purchase there your tickets or collect those you already bought over the Internet, your Mobile or by phone. You will find them in the majority of branches of ”la Caixa”. They are the same terminals you use for making banking operations.
    Remember that you can buy and collect tickets using any of your cards, irrespective of the entity and type (credit/debit).
    Consult here the location of the branches that have ticket collection terminals.
    You can collect the tickets from the same terminal.

  • You have the possibility of collecting your tickets at any of our authorized centers (up to 72 hours before the event, weekends and bank holidays not included*).

    - To collect your tickets you must show:

    • Purchase reference number.
    • Your ID card or passport.
    • Bank card.

    - Someone other than the card holder will be able to collect the tickets showing the following documentation (at authorized centers or box offices):

    • Purchase reference number.
    • Photocopy of the ID card or passport of the person collecting the tickets.
    • A page including:
      • Photocopy of the card used in the payment.
      • Photocopy of the ID or passport of the card holder.
      • Written authorization signed by the card holder.
