- Internet: buying through our web site, apart from avoiding queues, you will also be able to check your purchase historic at any time.
- Telephone: call us at 902 15 00 25 and we are managing your purchase.
- Authorized establishments: currently we have over 1000 stores integrated into our network, where you can also buy your tickets in cash.
- ATMs with selling and collecting service: you will find them on the access of the enclosures which give this type of selling.
Access to the section Print tickets you'll find on our home page. Check your purchases by entering your card number, or identifying you as a user of My Ticketmaster, access Orders tab, select the text "Tickets pending collection" and we will show you all the options available to print your tickets.

You will only need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.
You will only be able to access the enclosure once with that ticket.
We send your tickets to your home on a period of approximately 3 working days on the delivery location, to every country where UPS distribute.
If you want to know your delivery status, go to the UPS web site (www.ups.es ) and introduce the tracking number we sent you on the UPS shipment notification e-mail. You can also check the status of your shipment by entering your purchase reference number at “Tracking” and selecting “Track by Reference”. You can also check it with the purchase reference. On the Follow up menu, you will find the option Follow up by reference.If at the delivery moment you are not on your home, they will leave you a notification in order that you contact UPS (customer service phone: 902 88 88 20) to accord a new date or time. We recommend that you check when the delivery is planned on their web site, because they will try it three times before returning us it. In this case, you will be able to collect them at the box offices or at our authorized establishments.
Note: Be sure that this service is available for the event you are buying and select it during the purchase process. After it, it is not possible any more.
Warning: UPS may deliver a shipment to the receiver named on the waybill or to any other person appearing to have authority to accept delivery of the shipment on the receiver’s behalf (such as persons at the same premises as the receiver or neighbours of the receiver). UPS may use an electronic device to obtain proof of delivery and the shipper agrees that it will not object to UPS relying on a printed copy of this as evidence merely on the grounds that the information concerned is obtained and stored in electronic form.
You can collect your tickets on any of our authorized establishments until 3 working days before the event. You should not select the point, you can go to you prefer. To collect them you will need:
- Purchase reference
- Card of the purchase
- ID / Passport
You can print your tickets introducing the card of the purchase at the ATMs you will find at the entrance of some enclosures. You have to take into account that all the tickets you have pending to print for that enclosure will be printed.
