This is the easiest way to obtain your tickets, so that you get them immediately after the purchase and without leaving home.To use this method you only need a printer with paper and ink (no need to be in color).
Only the ticket submitted first will be considered valid. Entry will not be allowed to any other person trying to access the event with the same ticket.
Note: To use this method you must have installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Make sure this service is available for the show you would like to attend. -
You can check if the purchase was successful by accessing the Print Tickets section you'll find at the footer of our home. It is possible that you need the card you used to pay.
If your purchase was successful, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information regarding the purchase you just made. It may be that this email is not received at your Inbox, because some Internet services detect it as spam, so we recommend you check this folder. If you purchased your tickets over the telephone, you will not receive this confirmation. -

However, if you haven't printed the tickets during the purchasing process you can do it later any time accessing the Print Tickets section you'll find at the footer of our home, where you will be given the purchase reference number.
Remember that once in the premises you might be asked to identify yourself (with the ID card or passport). If your details are different from the customer that purchased the tickets you will be denied access.
Make sure this service is available for the show you would like to attend. -
You will find them at most of "la Caixa" branches. We remind you tickets can be purchased and collect using any of your cards (except from virtual cards*), regardless the bank and type of card, credit or debit.

Check the branches with terminals where you can collect your tickets.
In order to collect the tickets, you will need the card used to buy them. When introducing it in the terminal, all the tickets pending to be collected will appear, so that you can select the right ones.

In order to collect the tickets at the terminals or box offices you will just need the card used to purchase the tickets (find here the branches with ticket collection terminals)
To collect your tickets at any of our authorized centers (up to 72 hours before the event, weekends and bank holidays not included*) you must show:- Purchase reference number.
- Your ID card or passport.
- Bank card.
(*Collection hours may experience unexpected changes for reasons beyond Ticketmaster's control)
Attention: Someone other than the card holder will be able to collect the tickets showing the following documentation (at authorized centers or box offices):- Purchase reference number.
- Photocopy of the ID card or passport of the person collecting the tickets.
- A page including:
- Photocopy of the card used in the payment.
- Photocopy of the ID or passport of the card holder.
- Written authorization signed by the card holder.
