  • From Ticketmaster we offer you a comfortable, agile and easy way to buy tickets, as a distributor and intermediary between clients and the Promoters we work with.

    If you were wrong with the purchase or you cannot attend the event, we are sorry to tell you that we cannot cancel nor change your tickets.
  • Make sure that your purchase has been made successfully on the headland My Tickets that you will find on the top of our home page. We will ask you for your “My Ticketmaster” user or for the card of the purchase.

    In addition, if you have purchased by our website, we will send you an e-mail with more information about your tickets (This email is sent immediately. However, the reception time depends as well on how the destination server processes the mail, if after 10 minutes you haven’t received it, you should check the spam folder.)
  • Access to the section Print tickets you'll find on our home page. Check your purchases by entering your card number, or identifying you as a user of My Ticketmaster, access Orders tab, select the text "Tickets pending collection" and we will show you all the options available to print your tickets.
  • Find out all the available information on the headland Changes and cancellations, or look for the name of the event on the top side searcher.

    If the event has changed the date or the enclosure, the Promoter reserves the right to authorize or not the refund of the amount of the tickets. In case that it is affirmative, is the Promoter who sets the limits and conditions of that refund.
    • Purchases by web or telephone: The refund will be done automatically to the card of the purchase, and you will be able to see it on a period between 3 and 15 working days.
    • Purchases on Ticketmaster authorized establishments: Go to the same establishment where you bought the tickets.
    As tickets dealers, we handle to offer you an easy and safe way to buy tickets in advance. We do not take part on the events’ organization at all, so any change is an organizer’s direct responsibility. However, we are committed with our clients and we assure you that, as soon as we have the information about any change, we will publish it on our website. In addition, if you have bought by web, we will send you a message to the e-mail address you have given us (also remember to check the Spam folder).
